Jason Seib
Owner
Jason’s passion for fitness and nutrition has kept him in constant pursuit of knowledge for over 15 years. As his understanding of nutrition grew and his training style evolved he became frustrated with the fitness industry and the lack of real, life changing results people experienced for their money. Leaving the broken world of mainstream fitness and nutrition became his only option.
Jason’s nutrition knowledge is extensive, but his methods are unorthodox and very effective. It requires true passion to devote as much time to something as Jason does to reading medical studies and books on nutrition, physiology, biology, and epidemiology.
Exercise is something that Jason approaches with a scientific mind and movements that make sense to your body and prevent injury are his focus.
Jason now teaches Personal training, Group Classes, On-Ramp Classes, and Nutrition Classes. While he enjoys training athletes, Jason finds the most gratification in helping normal people attain a level of health and fitness that they never thought possible, and he consistently does this every day at Clackamas Physical Conditioning.
Jordan has been with CPC for nearly 2 years. As a new father he understands what it means to have limited time to commit to training and to want to make the most of the time available. Jordan is passionate about the physical and psychological benefits of CPC’s training and nutrition methodologies. He is committed to helping you change your life through nutrition and safe execution of movements at appropriate intensity.
He requires clients to go “against the grain” not only in dietary choices, but also with fitness training. He will hold you accountable for proper nutrition, and for keeping your goals strength and performance based rather than aesthetic based. Jordan is always willing to spend some extra time with motivated clients to help work on skills, mobility, and nutrition.
During his last two quarters at Portland State University in 2009, Jeromie started an internship with Jason at CPC and soaked up his knowledge like a sponge. Jeromie moved to Utah and completed two semesters of graduate school at The University of Utah while he worked at a conventional fitness company in order to gain the experience necessary to help change the lives of as many people as possible.
The information he was learning was so mainstream, he found himself frustrated that he was expected to push the same information that had not given his clients the results they sought. After a phone call from Jason asking for his return to help with growth, Jeromie returned to Oregon the summer of 2011.
Jeromie became passionate about health and fitness after he realized that he needed to make lifestyle changes of his own. He is constantly staying up-to-date via the latest information offered from a variety of sources, including his favorite strength and conditioning coaches.
Jeromie understands that as information evolves, it is the trainer’s responsibility to learn, grow, and apply the information with clients. Education and certifications aren’t as important as application and experience. Whether your goals are performance related or health related, the foundation starts with nutrition, strength training, and mobility. Jeromie offers personal training, teaches group classes, and helps with On-Ramps. Jeromie’s goal is to change the world, one person at a time.
